Indulge in a Japanese feast like no other at Ebisu’s Oki No Sushi Saturdays

Available exclusively on Saturdays from 11am to 4pm, every week throughout Savor’s Spring Food Festival, Ebisu’s Oki No sushi feast is taking place — and trust us when we say this is a foodie event like no other.

Here, diners are invited to indulge in a Japanese-style buffet with unlimited fresh sushi, sashimi, and crispy salads, for $85 per person (if the kids are in tow, they’ll eat half price). A mix of classic and contemporary sushi rolls are on offer, from salmon avocado to the chef’s hosomaki selection, chirashi mixed market fish roll, prawn tempura, and more. A sashimi selection of tuna, salmon and kingfish and hand roll nigiri joins the fresh and flavoursome smorgasbord, and a selection of Japanese-style salads, a poached prawn cocktail with toban djan and schichmi sauce, and noodle station serving up soba noodles complete the all-encompassing offering.
