This exclusive event features a four-course set menu with optional matched wines, showcasing Young’s decadent dishes inspired by his global travels. The menu includes a selection of snacks such as wagyu tartare and scallop crudo, a signature lobster pasta featuring local New Zealand crayfish, roasted Atlantic toothfish, and the timeless S’more coffee and tea creme caramel for dessert. Sam will also be presenting some exceptional, limited-edition dishes available for pre-purchase one week before the event.
