Heading to Queenstown? Don’t miss the incredible Winter Wonderland at Ayrburn

If you have plans to head South to Queenstown this winter, you have likely scheduled a visit or two to Ayrburn. The sprawling hospitality precinct on the outskirts of Arrowtown has fast-become the place to be in the area, with something on offer for every age and proclivity, and despite there being an impressive year-round rota of events, and a number of eateries — each worth the visit alone, winter is when Ayrburn really comes into its own.

Adding further to its ever-present allure, this year, founder Chris Meehan and his clever team have stepped things up a notch—with plans to transform Ayrburn into a spectacular winter wonderland. The precinct’s inaugural mid-winter ‘Christmas Wonderland’ experience will see the grounds transformed with light displays, larger-than-life decorations, and even an ice skating rink to fully enliven the white Christmas experience.
