Terms and Conditions:
Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 25 currently residing in New Zealand only.
Prize is not transferable nor can it be redeemed for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.
Winner must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid New Zealand driver’s license. Electric charging costs will be covered by Audi New Zealand at ChargeNet charging stations. Any road tolls are payable by the winner. Audi New Zealand will select the e-tron vehicle depending on availability.
The fulfilment of the Audi e-tron for a month will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and Audi New Zealand. The date of prize fulfilment must be prior to 30th June 2023 and is subject to availability.
The vehicle is to be collected from European Motor Distributors in Grey Lynn, Auckland. If the winner resides out of Auckland, the prize vehicle will be subject to availability, as decided through joint communication by the winner and the promoter, and collection will be from the winner’s preferred authorised Audi dealership in New Zealand.
